Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain

Lemon Cherry Gelato x Sunset Sherbet

Fem 6 pack

50/50 Hybrid

Flower Time:

8 - 9 Weeks

Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is an evenly balanced hybrid cross between Lemon Cherry Gelato x Sunset Sherbet. Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is a heavy trichome producer and yields a particularly colorful flower.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain has a more calming and relaxing high than most other marijuana strains. Like all “Sherbet” strains, the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain tends to stay at a medium height, making it well-suited for indoor gardens, but Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is hearty enough to be grown outside too.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain grows well in Mediterranean climates that are sunny and dry; so if you do plan to grow the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain indoors, make sure to cycle the air inside your grow space every five minutes and keep your lights about 24 inches from the top of your canopy at all times.

Lowering your lights will also help prevent stretching, which the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is known for doing.

In general, the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is an easy cultivar to maintain, but it’s still a good idea to prune the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain throughout the veg cycle to keep a nice even canopy and prevent your plants from over-shadowing their neighbors. Added support devices like bamboo rods or tomato cages are also recommended to help support the weight of the flowers.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain tolerates low-stress training techniques like SCROG & SOG well; and we always recommend topping the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain when it reaches about 24 inches to help boost your final yield.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain also does better in larger containers. However, we still recommend starting the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain in small containers and transplanting them into larger containers after about a month.

This extra step will help strengthen the roots and ultimately increase the overall yield at harvest.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain earned its name because of its fragrance and flavor. We recommend an all-natural feeding regimen to allow those amazing flavors and aromas to take center stage.

Indoor growers should always maintain a temperature of around 72 – 78 degrees Fahrenheit inside their grow space and keep the air circulating. The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain doesn’t like high humidity so we recommend maintain adequate ventilation throughout the grow cycle.

The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain also has big, waxy leaves that prevent excessive transpiration and help protect the plant against pests, molds, and diseases.

You can increase your yield, and the overall health of your plant, by allowing the substrate to almost dry out in between waterings. This practice will help encourage root growth and lead to a more vigorous outcome.

Always make sure to calibrate your pH meter properly, and always adjust the pH of your water so that the run-off water measures around 6.0.

Make sure to also allow adequate time for flushing to remove any residual mineral salts that may have accumulated during the flowering period.

We recommend that soil growers flush the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain for 10 to 14 days prior to harvest and that hydroponic growers flush the Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain for 7 to 10 days prior to harvest.

Some growers choose to supplement their flush with black strap molasses but that’s up to you.

In general, longer flushes tend to produce better flavors and aromas without decreasing yield.

Lastly, be patient. The Lemon Cherry Sherb Strain is a real treat when the buds have the time to fully develop so make sure to monitor the trichomes closely under a 100x microscope and give them time to mature and start to turn amber before harvesting.
